We obtain your tax number, provide you with a physical registration address, prepare and submit legally required reports to both the registration chamber and the tax office.

The cost of organizing the registration and maintenance of the company will depend on the following service package you have chosen:

$200 - Registration of the company (LTD/LLP), with the provision of a legal address, but without annual service.

$350 - Registration of the company (LTD/LLP), with the provision of a legal address, and with its annual service.
Includes:
• Organization of company registration;

• Preparation and submission of the annual report to the registration chamber;
• Preparation and filing of tax returns based on the data you provide.

$250 - Subcode VAT numbers (NDS). Required if you operate in the UK and trade over £10,000. Registration and receipt of VAT number takes place within 14 days.

You will receive all documents required by law.
Documents of your company will be sent to you in electronic form (now in England they do not use paper carriers of documents of legal entities, since information about all companies is on the website of the registration chamber). However, if you require paper documents, we can mail them to you. The cost of a package of documents in paper form is $140. In this case, you will also need to cover the cost of shipping (approximately $30 - $110 depending on the type and urgency of courier services).
The cost of annual service to your English company with us (starting from the second year) will be-$150 for each subsequent year (starting from the second year).
To register your company or partnership, you will be required to provide photocopies of the passports of your directors, shareholders, and/or partners, respectively. Foreign passports are better, but if they are not, then internal passports or identity cards. We will also need their addresses of residence (preferably written in Latin letters). In the case of an LTD, the director and shareholder may be the same person concurrently. Partners and shareholders can be both individuals and legal entities.
When registering a company in England, confirmation of the residence addresses of their partners, directors, and shareholders is required.
Confirmation of the address of residence is (one of the following documents): an electronic copy of the utility bill (water, gas, electricity, home phone), a certificate from the house management, or a registration in the passport. This address must match the declared address of the appointees.
Usually, all of the above documents do not need to be translated into English or notarized. However, the Registration Chamber, as an exception, may request additional confirmation, or translation of any documents, as well as photographs of the above persons. In this case, we will notify you of such a need.
When registering a company in England, we will need a brief description of your future activities (literally in a few sentences).
We also ask you to provide us with a variant of your company name in advance so that we can check its availability (whether it is occupied by someone before, or if it does not fall into the list of names requiring separate permission).
If the shareholder or partner of your company is a legal entity (regardless of the country of registration), then the documents of such a shareholder or partner must be provided with its constituent documents and confirmation of the address of registration (this can be a certificate of registration of a legal entity, an extract from the register companies, etc. A.
